& SAFFRON
RICE
INGREDIENTS:

250gms Seekh Kebab.

1 Onion.
-
1 Tomato.
-
1 Lime.
-
1 Bunch Lettuce.
-
1/2 Pink Cabbage.
-
1 Small Bowl Uncooked Rice.
-
A few strands of Saffron.
-
3-4 Tablespoon Milk.
SEEKH KEBAB &
SAFFRON RICE
INGREDIENTS:

250gms Seekh Kebab.
-
1 Onion.
-
1 Tomato.
-
1 Lime.
-
1 Bunch Lettuce.
-
1/2 Pink Cabbage.

1 Small Bowl Uncooked Rice.
-
A few strands of Saffron.
-
3-4 Tablespoon Milk.
METHOD:
-
Mix onion, tomato, lettuce, and cabbage in a bowl to make the salad.

Add lime juice and mix well.
-
Cook rice and drain all water, Keep aside.

Mix saffron with milk and allow the saffron to discharge its natural colors. Add the milk-saffron mixture to the rice to give the rice a nice yellow color.

Stir fry Seekh Kebabs and insert a wooden skewer to serve.

Arrange the Rice, Salad, and Seekh Kebabs as shown in the picture and drizzle the Seekh Kebabs with sour cream dip.
