CURRY
INGREDIENTS:

500 gms Zorabian Pahadi Tikka.

2 Onions chopped.

3 Tomatoes chopped.

A Small bowl of Curd.

2 Teaspoon Besan.
-
Spices.
-
Half teaspoon Dhania powder.
-
Half teaspoon Jeera powder.
-
Half teaspoon turmeric powder.
-
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder.
-
Oil & Butter for cooking.
-
For Tempering.

2 Small green chilli chopped.
-
Coriander leaves chopped.
-
4 to 5 Garlic just pounded.

1 Teaspoon Jeera.
-
1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds & Half Teaspoon Asafoetida.

Salt as per taste.

METHOD:

Cut Zorabian Pahadi Tikka chicken into smaller pieces and keep aside in a bowl.
-
Make a mixture of Besan and Curd with no lumps and keep aside.
-
Heat oil in a pan & and add little butter.
-
Add all ingredients mentioned in tempering.
-
Add chopped Coriander leaves.
-
Then add onions fry till translucent, then add tomatoes and cook for five minutes.
-
Add all spices and mix the ingredients well.
