PAHADI TIKKA
CURRY

  • Cooking time: 20-30 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gms Zorabian Pahadi Tikka.

  • 2 Onions chopped.

  • 3 Tomatoes chopped.

  • A Small bowl of Curd.

  • 2 Teaspoon Besan.

  • Spices.

  • Half teaspoon Dhania powder.

  • Half teaspoon Jeera powder.

  • Half teaspoon turmeric powder.

  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder.

  • Oil & Butter for cooking.

  • For Tempering.

  • 2 Small green chilli chopped.

  • Coriander leaves chopped.

  • 4 to 5 Garlic just pounded.

  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera.

  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds & Half Teaspoon Asafoetida.

  • Salt as per taste.

  • 500 gms Zorabian Pahadi Tikka.

  • 2 Onions chopped.

  • 3 Tomatoes chopped.

  • A Small bowl of Curd.

  • 2 Teaspoon Besan.

  • Spices.

  • Half teaspoon Dhania powder.

  • Half teaspoon Jeera powder.

  • Half teaspoon turmeric powder.

  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder.

  • Oil & Butter for cooking.

  • For Tempering.

  • 2 Small green chilli chopped.

  • Coriander leaves chopped.

  • 4 to 5 Garlic just pounded.

  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera.

  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds & Half Teaspoon Asafoetida.

  • Salt as per taste.

METHOD:

  • Cut Zorabian Pahadi Tikka chicken into smaller pieces and keep aside in a bowl.

  • Make a mixture of Besan and Curd with no lumps and keep aside.

  • Heat oil in a pan & and add little butter.

  • Add all ingredients mentioned in tempering.

  • Add chopped Coriander leaves.

  • Then add onions fry till translucent, then add tomatoes and cook for five minutes.

  • Add all spices and mix the ingredients well.
