PAHADI TIKKA
BIRYANI
INGREDIENTS:

500 gms Zorabian Pahadi Marinate.

1 Cup Curds1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste.

1 Onion thinly sliced.

1 Small bunch Coriander finely chopped.
-
2 Teaspoon Biryani Masala ( Mix with water).

1 Handful Dried Kasuri Methi.
-
1 Tej Pata.
-
4 Cloves.
-
1 teaspoon Saunf.
-
2 Potatoes.
-
1 teaspoon Red chilli.
-
1 teaspoon Tumeric.
-
Salt.
-
2 Cup Half cooked Rice.
-
Oil or Ghee for cooking.
-
Salt as per taste.

1 teaspoon Red chilli.

1 teaspoon Tumeric.

2 Cup Half cooked Rice.

Oil or Ghee for cooking.

Salt as per taste.
METHOD:
-
Cut Zorabian Pahadi Tikka chicken into smaller pieces and keep aside in a bowl.

Make a mixture of Besan and Curd with no lumps and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan & and add little butter.
-
Add all ingredients mentioned in tempering.
-
Add chopped Coriander leaves.
-
Then add onions fry till translucent, then add tomatoes and cook for five minutes.

Add all spices and mix the ingredients well.
-
Put the cut chicken pieces in the pan. Add water according.

Add salt as per taste and close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve with hot rice or roti.
