INGREDIENTS:

500g Lahori Marinate.

2 Onion (Cut into slices).

5-6 Garlic Flakes.

2 Tablespoon butter.
-
750g Steam rice.
-
A few Curry leaves sauce.
-
A few Coriander leaves.
LAHORI TIKKA
RICE
INGREDIENTS:

500g Lahori Marinate.

2 Onion (Cut into slices).

5-6 Garlic Flakes.

2 Tablespoon butter.

750g Steam rice.
-
A few Curry leaves sauce.
-
A few Coriander leaves.
METHOD:

Heat oil on a non-stick Pan and add Lahori Marinate cut into smaller pieces.
-
Saute for 15 mins till done and keep aside.
-
Add some butter to a non-stick pan. Put garlic and sliced onion and saute till the onion becomes brown.
-
Add steamed rice and turn gently.
-
Add sauteed Lahori Chicken pieces to the rice and mix the rice and chicken pieces gently.
-
Squeeze some lime and cook for 5-10 mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot!
