LAHORI TIKKA
RICE

  • Cooking time: 15-20 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g Lahori Marinate.

  • 2 Onion (Cut into slices).

  • 5-6 Garlic Flakes.

  • 2 Tablespoon butter.

  • 750g Steam rice.

  • A few Curry leaves sauce.

  • A few Coriander leaves.

  • Cooking time: 15-20 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g Lahori Marinate.

  • 2 Onion (Cut into slices).

  • 5-6 Garlic Flakes.

  • 2 Tablespoon butter.

  • 750g Steam rice.

  • A few Curry leaves sauce.

  • A few Coriander leaves.

METHOD:

  • Heat oil on a non-stick Pan and add Lahori Marinate cut into smaller pieces.

  • Saute for 15 mins till done and keep aside.

  • Add some butter to a non-stick pan. Put garlic and sliced onion and saute till the onion becomes brown.

  • Add steamed rice and turn gently.

  • Add sauteed Lahori Chicken pieces to the rice and mix the rice and chicken pieces gently.

  • Squeeze some lime and cook for 5-10 mins.

  • Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot!
