LAHORI TIKKA
CHICKEN PUFF

  • Cooking time: 20-25 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams Zorabian Lahori Marinate.

  • 2 Bowls of Maida – All-purpose flour.

  • 1 Capsicum – Finely Chopped.

  • Cheese Cubes / Cheese Slices – 4.

  • Oil for Frying.

  • Coriander – Handful Fresh.

  • Kasturi Methi.

  • Salt / Pepper / Sugar as per taste.

LAHORI TIKKA
CHICKEN PUFF

  • Cooking time: 20-25 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams Zorabian Lahori Marinate.

  • 2 Bowls of Maida – All-purpose flour.

  • 1 Capsicum – Finely Chopped.

  • Cheese Cubes / Cheese Slices – 4.

  • Oil for Frying.

  • Coriander – Handful Fresh.

  • Kasturi Methi.

  • Salt / Pepper / Sugar as per taste.

METHOD:

  • Take Maida in a bowl, make a well in the centre and add salt with oil.

  • Rub it till it gets a little flaky, add little water and knead. Keep it aside covered for half an hour.

  • Cut chicken into very small pieces.

  • Heat oil in a pan, put chopped Capsicum and cook for 2 mins.

  • Add Chicken and cook till it gets done. Add Cheese and mix. Allow it to cool.

  • Roll Maida Dough into roti, cut into shapes you want to make a puff.

  • Place stuffing in the centre. Use water to brush the corners of the puff sheet and place one more sheet on it.

  • Use a fork to press on corners for design.

  • Heat Oil and medium flame and fry till it gets golden brown in colour.

  • Serve with Ketchup or Chutney.
