INGREDIENTS:

1 packet – Chicken Cubes

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper

1 teaspoon Paprika

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 Eggs, beaten

2 cups breadcrumbs

½ cup sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

1 teaspoon white sesame seeds (for garnish)

Steps to make Crispy Chicken Pops:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika in a medium mixing bowl. Allow at least 5 minutes to pass.

Combine flour and cubed chicken in a big sealed bag. To coat, seal the bag and shake it well.

Place the beaten eggs on one shallow plate and the breadcrumbs on another. One at a time, dip the chicken into the egg wash and coat it evenly. Then coat completely in breadcrumbs.

Place the breaded chicken on a large half-sheet baking pan that has been lined with cookie sheet. Using cooking oil, coat the chicken. During baking, this helps to generate a crispy crust on the outside.

Bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through. The chicken should be cooked to a temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Toss the cooked chicken with the sweet chilli sauce in a large mixing bowl. Toss lightly and thoroughly to evenly coat. Sesame seeds and green onions are sprinkled on top.
