CHICKEN RESHMI
TIKKA WRAP
INGREDIENTS:

250 grams Zorabian Reshmi Marinate.

2 Onions – thinly sliced.

2 Tomatoes thinly sliced.

Half cup Coriander leaves.
-
2 teaspoon Vinegar.
-
2 Teaspoon Tamarind water or Chutney.
-
2 cups of Wheat Flour.
-
1 teaspoon chat masala.
-
Oil & Butter for cooking.
-
Salt/ Sugar as per taste.

METHOD:

Cut Zorabian Reshmi Tikka into long thin pieces.

Pour oil and heat it.
-
Add Zorabian Reshmi Tikka and cook till chicken is smokey & all masala is dried well and then keep it aside.

In another bowl mix long sliced onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, Tamarind water or chutney, vinegar, chat Masala. Add sugar and salt as per taste and then mix all these ingredients.

Make Chapattis and keep aside. Apply some butter while cooking it.

Place prepared chapatti on a plate first, put the salad mixture, and then the Reshmi Cooked Chicken in the middle of Chappati.

Roll the Chapati and your Reshmi Tikka Lockdown Wrap is ready.

Serve with schezwan chutney, ketchup, or dip.

Serve on a plate and garnish with cheese on top
