INGREDIENTS:

500 gms Zorabian Chicken Kheema.

3 tsp ginger garlic paste.

3 green chilies finely chopped.

1/4 tsp Garam Masala.

1/2 tsp Red Chili powder.

1/2 tsp Coriander powder.
-
1/2 tsp Paprika.
-
1/2 tsp Black salt.
-
1 tsp Kasoori Methi.
-
Juice of half Lemon/lime.
-
1 tbsp oil.
-
Salt as per taste.

1/2 cup chopped onion.
-
1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves.
-
Oil for cooking.

Oil for cooking.
METHOD:

Mix all ingredients, except onions and coriander, and keep aside for at least 2 hours.

Heat oil in a deep pan.
-
Mix chopped onions and coriander into the chicken mixture.
-
Shape into small roundels and cook on medium flame till brown on all sides. Cover for some time to ensure it cooks all the way through.

Enjoy as an appetizer with onions and slices of lemon.
