  • Cooking time: 20-25 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gms Zorabian Chicken Kheema.

  • 3 tsp ginger garlic paste.

  • 3 green chilies finely chopped.

  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala.

  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili powder.

  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder.

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika.

  • 1/2 tsp Black salt.

  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi.

  • Juice of half Lemon/lime.

  • 1 tbsp oil.

  • Salt as per taste.

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion.

  • 1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves.

  • Oil for cooking.

  • Cooking time: 20-25 mins

METHOD:

  • Mix all ingredients, except onions and coriander, and keep aside for at least 2 hours.

  • Heat oil in a deep pan.

  • Mix chopped onions and coriander into the chicken mixture.

  • Shape into small roundels and cook on medium flame till brown on all sides. Cover for some time to ensure it cooks all the way through.

  • Enjoy as an appetizer with onions and slices of lemon.
