INGREDIENTS:

3 Slices of Bread.

250 gms Breast Boneless.

Lettuce leaf.

Paprika.

Salt and Pepper.

Olive Oil and Butter.
METHOD:

Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.

Add Olive Oil to a pan. add the chicken pieces to grill them till they turn golden brown. Add salt, coarsely crushed pepper or pepper powder, and a little paprika powder. Keep the chicken mixture aside.

Cut the bread slice diagonally. Apply butter lightly and place a lettuce leaf on the bread.

Mix mayonnaise and chicken mixture together in a bowl.

Layer the mixture between bread with lettuce leaf as shown in the picture.
