Chicken Sweet Potato Recipe using Zorabian Chicken Breast Boneless

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes,
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes,
Total Time: 50 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Zorabian chicken cubes (500g)
  • 3 tablespoons spicy seasoning mix
  • 1 cup of bell-peppers chopped
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • A few tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 5–6 cups broccoli florets
  • Coarse sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
  • Avocado / hummus / lemon juice / chives / olive oil for serving

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the chicken in a blend of spices and a splash of olive oil. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes while you prep the rest.
  2. Spread veggies on a sheet pans, drizzle with olive oil, and season with a good pinch of salt. Lay the chicken on a separate sheet.
  3. Bake everything for 12-15 minutes. Pull out the chicken and broccoli first, then give the sweet potatoes an extra 15 minutes in the oven after a quick stir.
  4. All done! Divide into containers and enjoy having your meals sorted for the week!
