- 1 packet of Zorabian Chicken Smoked Ham (250g)
- 2 eggs
- Handful of fresh spinach leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Optional: shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions
Cooking Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook for a minute until they start to set.
- Cook the Smoked Ham for 30 seconds to 1 minute per side, until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside with the spinach
- If using, add any optional ingredients such as shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, or diced onions.
- Using a spatula, gently fold one side of the omelette over the filling.
- Cook for another minute until the omelette is fully cooked and the filling is heated through.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
