Chicken Keema Curry using Zorabian Pre- Cut Chicken and Zorabian Chicken Mince

Chicken Keema Curry

Ingredients:

For Paste:

  • Coconut – 300 gms
  • Coriander Seed – 30 gms
  • Fennel – 5 gms
  • Clove – 2 pcs
  • Green Cardamom – 2 nos
  • Cinnamon – 1 (1 inch pc)
  • Turmeric – 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves – 2 gms
  • Garlic – 5 gms
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli (whole) – 5 gms

Instructions:

  1. For the paste: Roast all ingredients except turmeric powder on a pan and blend into a smooth paste. Take the coconut and burn it on the gas to get a more smoky flavor to the dish.
  2. In a pan, add oil, curry leaves, green chilli, and sliced onion. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add the chicken curry cut and mince. Sauté the chicken until it’s covered with oil and onion.
  4. Add the curd, the blended paste, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Cook on medium to slow heat until oil separates and the chicken is cooked.
  5. Check for seasoning and garnish with coriander.
