  • – 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • – 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • – 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain)
  • – 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • – Salt to taste
  • – Water as needed for batter
  • – Oil for deep frying
  • – Chopped coriander for garnish
  • – Lemon wedges for serving

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, carom seeds, lemon juice, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Make the Batter: In another bowl, combine gram flour and corn flour. Add water gradually to make a thick, smooth batter. Ensure there are no lumps.
