  • 1/2 green bell pepper (capsicum) seeded and diced (adjust to taste)
  • 8-10 dried chillies cut into 12-inch pieces (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon dried red chilis, lightly toasted and ground

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a wide bowl, mix together all of the chicken’s seasonings and ingredients; cover and refrigerate for ten minutes (if time allows).
