After you see that the chicken has soaked up all the marinade, then comes the next steps. Here you need to take a big Kadhai, pour some mustard oil and let it heat thoroughly. Once done, temper with some cumin seeds, and you can also add a dry chilli. Next, add the chopped onions and fry them nicely unless they turn golden brown. Cook it slightly, then take it out and let it cool down. After this, you need to create a smooth paste from the same. Once done, add some butter to a pan and cook the chicken on a grill.

Finally, let the gravy cook in the kadhai and let it thicken. Make sure to add the rest of the masalas and, along with that, some salt and sugar. You do not need to do much for this recipe. The first thing is to source fresh vegetables and some good quality chicken. At the same time, it will help you to keep the recipe extremely simple. In the next step, you need to make sure that you add a little bit of hot water and the milk that you have kept. Let the chicken cook in the milk for at least half an hour, and that too on low heat. You will notice that the milk will give a creamy texture to your stew and bring the entire mixture together.

When you see that the chicken is tender, you need to add the vegetables. It is because it will allow the vegetables to boil and seep in the flavors.
