  • Oil- 6 spoons
  • Dice onions- 1 qty

For Seasoning:

  • Oil- 1 spoon
  • Cumin seeds- 1 spoon
  • Slit inexperienced chillies- 2
  • Chopped garlic- 1/2 spoon
  • Curry leaves- 16
  • Chopped coriander leaves- 1/4 cup
