INGREDIENTS:

250 gms of Zorabian Ready to Cook lollypop.

1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste.

2 Teaspoon Red Chilli sauce.
-
1+1/2 half spoon Soya sauce.
-
2 Teaspoon Tomato ketchup.
-
1 Teaspoon Vinegar.
-
4 Spring Onion finely chopped.

1 Chicken Cube (Tastemaker).
-
Oil for frying/ Cooking.
SPICY CHICKEN
LOLLIES
INGREDIENTS:

250 gms of Zorabian Ready to Cook lollypop.

1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste.

2 Teaspoon Red Chilli sauce.

1 Teaspoon Vinegar.

4 Spring Onion finely chopped.

1 Chicken Cube (Tastemaker).

Oil for frying/ Cooking.
METHOD:
-
Thaw the chicken lollypops before use.
-
Marinate the lollypops with salt and pepper for 15 mins.

Heat oil to medium flame.
-
Fry the lollypops till crunchy and golden.
-
Take a bowl mix Sauces and Vinegar.
-
Heat oil in a pan. Put ginger garlic paste and the sliced onions.
-
Fry on high flame.
-
Add the sauces and cube.
-
Add little water and cook it a little like a gravy consistency.
-
Add fried Lollypop pieces and cook till all the mixture coated on chicken.

Garnish with chopped spring onion leaves.
