LAHORI TIKKA
CHICKEN PUFF
INGREDIENTS:

500 grams Zorabian Lahori Marinate.

2 Bowls of Maida – All-purpose flour.

1 Capsicum – Finely Chopped.

Cheese Cubes / Cheese Slices – 4.

Oil for Frying.
-
Coriander – Handful Fresh.
-
Kasturi Methi.
-
Salt / Pepper / Sugar as per taste.
LAHORI TIKKA
CHICKEN PUFF
INGREDIENTS:

500 grams Zorabian Lahori Marinate.

2 Bowls of Maida – All-purpose flour.

1 Capsicum – Finely Chopped.

Cheese Cubes / Cheese Slices – 4.

Oil for Frying.

Coriander – Handful Fresh.

Kasturi Methi.

Salt / Pepper / Sugar as per taste.
METHOD:

Take Maida in a bowl, make a well in the centre and add salt with oil.
-
Rub it till it gets a little flaky, add little water and knead. Keep it aside covered for half an hour.

Cut chicken into very small pieces.
-
Heat oil in a pan, put chopped Capsicum and cook for 2 mins.

Add Chicken and cook till it gets done. Add Cheese and mix. Allow it to cool.

Roll Maida Dough into roti, cut into shapes you want to make a puff.

Place stuffing in the centre. Use water to brush the corners of the puff sheet and place one more sheet on it.

Use a fork to press on corners for design.

Heat Oil and medium flame and fry till it gets golden brown in colour.

Serve with Ketchup or Chutney.
