INGREDIENTS

• 1 pack of Zorabian Chicken Sausages sliced into small size pieces
• 2 tablespoons – Olive Oil
• 1/2 teaspoon – Garlic Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon – Italian Seasoning
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• Uncooked Pasta (prefer Pappardelle)
• Some fresh parmesan cheese to cherish

DIRECTIONS

• Preheat the oven to 425°F and place the rack in the middle of the container
• In a baking dish, combine the tomatoes, sausage pieces (either chop up or crumble into small pieces), olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper
• Gently toss
• 20 minutes of roasting
• Remove the sauce from the oven and mix it thoroughly
• Roast for another 15-20 minutes (or until thoroughly done and gently browned), Keep an eye on it, at the end to make sure it doesn’t burn
• Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta
• Drain and stir the pasta with the sauce
• Serve immediately with a sprinkling of freshly grated parmesan cheese and, if desired add salt and pepper
